- The email address associated with your Towa Solar Quote account
- Your name
- Your company name, if applicable
- A brief statement requesting account deletion
After receiving a deletion request, Towa Industries Inc. will review the request and process deletion within a reasonable period.
Data that may be deleted includes account profile information, login/account records, user approval status, app access records, and app data associated with the user account where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.
Some information may be retained when necessary for legitimate business purposes, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or transaction and quote recordkeeping.
